These guys get it. Sean Joseph knows his brown stuff better than Don Draper, he also has the Brooklyn whiskey bar, CHAR #4.
Chef Kyle Knall has plenty of Southern DNA,
Alabama DNA so that makes the food all the more authentic. Previously he was with the famed Grammercy Tavern.
Manhattan needed a refined whiskey bar, and the Flatiron is a perfect location. I am returning ASAP.
Go for the Kentucky Derby Day BBQ.
