Steep in a teapot: 1ginger tea bag, 2 slices fresh ginger, 1star anise, 1 tbs of honey and 2 cloves,
add 2 shots Jameson 12 year, a squeeze of lemon or orange and garnish of choice. Sit by the fire and savor.
